After three decades of caring for this community, I am transitioning to a concierge medicine model — a smaller practice built around unhurried visits, direct communication, and the perpetual doctor-patient relationships that have always been central to my care.

The concierge practice will be smaller and I will intentionally have a limited number of patients. A membership fee supports the enhanced availability, personalized care, and additional services this model provides.

A comprehensive annual visit and an ongoing plan built around your goals, history, and family circumstances.
Please know that my office will remain in the same location, and I will continue to be an in-network provider with Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. The membership fee is separate from your insurance and does not replace insurance coverage or cover office visits, deductibles, or copayments.

My practice has never been about seeing as many patients as possible. It's about providing thoughtful, personalized medical care and building relationships that last for years.
